Do you offer free shipping?

Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Will I receive tracking information?

Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@groominghelmet.shop with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal) within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I exchange an item?

Order Issues
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
If you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to update the shipping address. After this window, we cannot guarantee any changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the item after delivery following our return policy.
